How to Prepare and Ship Video & Film Materials
 
We are honored to be chosen to transfer your video or film materials into digital files. We appreciate your trust in this very important process.

 
 The Process:
First your video or film materials are transferred to digital files, which we save to DVD. These files are very similar to the files that are found on your other DVD’s.

  
 Pricing:

The Basic transfer to these digital files is priced below. If you wish to have your DVD with custom chapters and themes, we offer a Premium transfer (this can only be done where there are logical start/stop points). We also offer an Editable Premium transfer, which is for those customers who wish to edit their own videos (these discs will not play in a DVD player).

Video:
Basic: $25.00 per tape hour
Premium: $40.00 per tape hour – includes custom chapters & themes
Editable: $50.00 per tape hour

 Shipping: Preparing your materials for shipping: Tapes and Movies should be clearly numbered in the order you wish them to appear on your DVD. If you are ordering the Premium transfer service we recommend you label your tapes with the date and name of the events. We will then use that information to help us name the chapters of your DVD. For additional security against damage from moisture, while in transit, we recommend that you place each tape in a sealed plastic bag.

 
 
Place all your materials in a USPS approved box; also include on a sheet of paper your name, address, telephone and email information. Include packing material (i.e. bubble wrap or Styrofoam peanuts for cushioning). Seal the box. Address the box to:

We suggest that you ship these materials by a service that provides a tracking number. After you have shipped, please notify us via phone or email. We will need to know basic information, such as, what was shipped, carrier, estimated delivery date, and tracking number.

 
 
When your materials arrive, we will open the box, inspect and inventory the contents. We will create a work order with price, and scheduling information, and contact you to review your order. After we receive your approval, we will process your order.

  Submitting any materials to this firm for any purpose constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that if same is damaged or lost by this company or any subsidiary, agent or dealer, even though due to negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to replacement with an equivalent amount of raw media (if possible). Except for such replacement the acceptance of any materials is without warranty or other liability of any kind, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages or claims is specifically excluded.

We accept only legal material for reproduction and will not reproduce copyrighted material without permission from the owner of the copyright. The customer accepts all responsibility for violating any copyright laws in submitting any material for reproduction or other services without notifying us of the copyright nature of such material. The customer agrees not to hold us responsible for any violation of national and international copyright laws without its knowledge.

We will not accept any material of explicit sexual nature or material intended for mature viewers for reproduction and take no responsibility for such material. We may choose to return the material (for a shipping and handling charge) without processing at our sole discretion.
