Except for such replacement the acceptance of any materials is without warranty or other liability of any kind, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages or claims is specifically excluded.

We accept only legal material for reproduction and will not reproduce copyrighted material without permission from the owner of the copyright. The customer accepts all responsibility for violating any copyright laws in submitting any material for reproduction or other services without notifying us of the copyright nature of such material. The customer agrees not to hold us responsible for any violation of national and international copyright laws without its knowledge.

We will not accept any material of explicit sexual nature or material intended for mature viewers for reproduction and take no responsibility for such material. We may choose to return the material (for a shipping and handling charge) without processing at our sole discretion.
