Intellectual Property Policies
Albums - LP - 45 rpm records and Audio cassettes:
The law does provide the consumer the right to create a backup copy of music that has been purchased
legally. We can copy these materials, however, we cannot copy any bootleg recordings, or copies of
original copyrighted materials. If the recording is of your original material then you can have a copy made.
If the recording is of any materials where copyright ownership does not rest with the person requesting the
copy (transfer) we will not proceed without a document, in writing, that holds us harmless against any
legal actions for said audio transfer services.
